Portable Hydraulic Power Pack
The Portable Hydraulic Power Pack is a self-contained, mobile hydraulic power unit engineered for field-based operations requiring reliable hydraulic power in remote or temporary locations. The unit features a 4-stroke gasoline engine driving a variable-displacement piston pump, delivering a maximum flow of 30 L/min at 210 bar working pressure. The power pack is mounted on a heavy-duty wheeled chassis with a foldable handle, enabling single-operator transport across construction sites, industrial facilities, and emergency response zones. The system includes a 12-liter reservoir, a return-line filtration system (10 micron absolute), and a pressure-compensated flow control valve for precise load management. All hydraulic connections use industry-standard flat-face quick couplers, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic tools including breakers, cutters, spreaders, and torque wrenches.
The power pack is compatible with all hydraulic tools operating within the 30 L/min flow and 210 bar pressure range. Common compatible tools include hydraulic breakers (up to 25 kg class), cutters, spreaders, torque wrenches, and hydraulic cylinders. The flat-face quick couplers accept most industry-standard connectors.
The 5-liter fuel tank provides approximately 4 hours of continuous operation at full load. Runtime increases to 6-7 hours under moderate load conditions due to the variable-displacement pump's efficiency. A low-fuel warning light activates when remaining fuel reaches 1 liter.
The unit is designed for outdoor or well-ventilated areas. For confined space operation, an optional exhaust extension kit is available to direct emissions away from the work area. The compact footprint of 680 x 480 mm allows it to pass through standard doorways and manholes.
Between uses, inspect the hydraulic hoses and couplers for wear or damage. Clean the air filter element and check the engine oil level. The return line filter should be visually inspected; replace when the indicator turns red. Store the unit in a dry, covered area to protect from weather.
