High Flow Portable Hydraulic Power Pack
Portable high-capacity hydraulic power for demanding field operations
The High Flow Portable Hydraulic Power Pack is a compact yet powerful hydraulic power solution engineered for field operations requiring substantial flow in a portable format. Delivering 70 L/min at 210 bar working pressure, this unit provides exceptional power-to-weight ratio, enabling operation of heavy-duty hydraulic tools including large breakers, demolition shears, and high-torque motors in remote locations. The system is powered by a 26 kW (35 HP) 4-stroke gasoline engine with electric start and features a tandem gear pump configuration with priority flow control. The 48-liter reservoir includes a 10-micron full-flow filtration system with bypass indicator and a thermostatic oil cooler. The unit is mounted on a rugged wheeled cart with pneumatic tires, a telescopic handle, and integrated tool storage, allowing single-operator transport across construction sites, mining operations, and emergency response locations.
This unit powers tools requiring up to 70 L/min flow. Compatible with large hydraulic breakers up to 60 kg class, demolition shears, pile drivers, high-torque motors, and multi-tool systems. The priority flow control ensures consistent performance.
At 48 kg, the unit features a wheeled cart with pneumatic tires and a telescopic handle for single-operator transport. Lifting eyes and forklift pockets enable mechanical handling when required.
The 12-liter fuel tank provides approximately 3 hours of continuous operation at full load. Runtime extends to 4.5 hours under moderate load conditions.
Safety features include pressure relief valve set at 230 bar, low-oil engine shutdown, thermal overload protection, emergency stop, and a protective roll cage.
Operates from -5°C to 45°C. For temperatures below 0°C, use winter-grade hydraulic oil ISO VG 32 and allow adequate warm-up time before applying load.
Daily: check oil levels and inspect hoses. Monthly: clean air filter and inspect wheel bearings. Every 200 hours: change hydraulic oil and filter.
