The system features a pressure-compensated variable-displacement pump with a dedicated rescue circuit that includes a high-flow priority valve for instant tool response. The 10-liter reservoir with 10-micron filtration and a thermostatic oil cooler ensures consistent performance during extended rescue operations. The unit is mounted on a compact, lightweight wheeled cart with bright orange protective frame for high visibility in low-light conditions. All hydraulic connections use ISO 16028 flat-face couplers with automatic pressure relief for safe tool changes in emergency scenarios.

Deployment time from arrival to full operation is under 2 minutes. The unit features recoil start, quick-connect couplers, and an instant-response priority valve that delivers full flow immediately upon tool connection.
The 4.5L fuel tank provides approximately 3 hours of continuous operation. Under typical rescue scenarios with intermittent tool use, runtime extends to 4-4.5 hours. The variable pump reduces fuel consumption between tool activations.
Bright orange provides high visibility in low-light conditions, smoke, dust, and emergency lighting. This is critical for firefighter and rescue team operations where visibility may be limited.
Designed for operation from -5°C to 45°C. For extreme cold below 0°C, use winter-grade hydraulic oil ISO VG 32. The recoil start system is reliable in cold conditions and the engine includes a cold-start enrichment system.
Weekly: run unit for 5 minutes to verify operation. Monthly: inspect hoses, check oil levels, test coupler function. Annually: replace hydraulic oil and filter. Replace rescue tool hoses every 2 years regardless of condition.
