Portable Hydraulic Power Pack for Rescue Equipment
Reliable hydraulic power for rescue tools in critical situationsThe Portable Hydraulic Power Pack for Rescue Equipment is a purpose-built hydraulic power source designed specifically for emergency rescue and extrication operations. Powered by a 4-stroke gasoline engine delivering 7.5 kW, this unit produces 28 L/min at 210 bar working pressure, providing sufficient power for hydraulic rescue tools including spreaders, cutters, ram cylinders, and lifting bags. The unit features a pressure-compensated variable-displacement pump that delivers consistent flow under varying load conditions. The 10-liter reservoir with 10-micron filtration ensures clean hydraulic oil delivery to all connected tools. Dual flat-face quick couplers enable rapid tool changes in rescue scenarios. The compact, lightweight design (42 kg) with foldable handle and 200 mm wheels allows single-person transport to emergency sites. A bright orange protective frame increases visibility in low-light conditions.
- Pressure-compensated pump ensures consistent tool performance during critical operations
- Quick-connect couplers enable tool changes in under 15 seconds without fluid loss
- Compact, lightweight design allows single-person transport to emergency sites
- Bright orange protective frame for high visibility in low-light conditions
- 10-micron filtration system protects rescue tools from contamination damage
- Reliable recoil start system ensures quick activation in emergency situations
All rescue tools operating within 28 L/min and 210 bar. Compatible with spreaders, cutters, rams, lifting bags, combination tools, cylinders, and portable pumps. Flat-face couplers accept most rescue tool connections.
Deployment time from arrival to full operation is under 3 minutes. The unit features recoil start, quick-connect couplers, and a self-priming pump system that activates immediately upon engine start.
The 4.5L fuel tank provides approximately 3 hours of continuous operation at full load. Under typical rescue scenarios with intermittent tool use, runtime extends to 4-4.5 hours.
Designed for operation from -5°C to 45°C. For extreme cold below 0°C, use winter-grade hydraulic oil ISO VG 32 and the optional cold-start kit. Allow 3-5 minutes warm-up before applying heavy load.
Safety features include pressure relief valve set at 230 bar, low-oil engine shutdown, thermal overload protection, emergency stop, and protective roll cage for component protection.
42 kg unit with foldable handle and 200 mm wheels enables one-person transport. Lifting eyes on the skid allow overhead lifting and forklift pockets for mechanical handling.
