Hydraulic Power Pack with Gasoline Engine
/span> Self-contained hydraulic power solution for field operationsThe Hydraulic Power Pack with Gasoline Engine is a complete, self-contained hydraulic power system engineered for professional use in construction, maintenance, and emergency response applications. The unit integrates a 4-stroke gasoline engine producing 8.0 kW of power with a variable-displacement hydraulic pump that delivers 30 L/min at 210 bar working pressure. The pressure-compensated pump automatically adjusts flow to match the demands of connected tools, optimizing fuel consumption and reducing heat generation. A 12-liter reservoir with 10-micron return line filtration ensures clean oil delivery, extending the service life of both the power pack and connected hydraulic tools. The system features dual flat-face quick couplers, a system pressure gauge, and a manual pressure relief valve. The rugged steel skid with integrated lifting eyes and foldable handle allows easy transport around job sites.
- Variable-displacement pump matches output to tool demand for fuel efficiency
- Pressure-compensated flow control delivers consistent performance under varying loads
- Quick-connect couplers enable tool changes without hydraulic fluid loss
- 10-micron filtration system protects tools from contamination damage
- Compact skid design with lifting eyes for easy site mobility
- Low-emission engine meets EPA and EU Stage V standards
All hydraulic tools operating within 30 L/min and 210 bar. Includes breakers (up to 25 kg), cutters, spreaders, torque wrenches, post drivers, cylinders, shears, compactors, pullers, and hammers.
5.5L tank provides 3.5-4 hrs at full load, up to 6 hrs under moderate load. Variable pump reduces fuel consumption when tools operate below max flow.
46 kg with foldable handle and 200 mm wheels for one-person transport. Lifting eyes and forklift pockets enable mechanical handling.
Operates -5°C to 45°C. Below 0°C, use ISO VG 32 oil and cold-start kit. Allow warm-up before applying load.
Pressure relief valve (230 bar), low-oil shutdown, thermal protection, emergency stop, and protective roll cage.
Check engine oil, inspect hoses/couplers, clean air filter, verify hydraulic oil level. Replace filter every 200 hours.
