Gasoline Powered Hydraulic Power Unit
Reliable hydraulic power from a gasoline engine for field and industrial applications
The Gasoline Powered Hydraulic Power Unit is a robust, self-contained hydraulic power source designed for applications where electrical power is unavailable or impractical. Driven by an 8.0 kW (10.7 HP) 4-stroke gasoline engine, this unit delivers 32 L/min at 210 bar working pressure, providing reliable power for a wide range of hydraulic tools and equipment. The system features a pressure-compensated variable-displacement pump that automatically adjusts flow to match tool demand, optimizing fuel efficiency and minimizing heat generation. The 14-liter reservoir with 10-micron return line filtration and a thermostatic oil cooler ensures clean, temperature-controlled oil delivery. The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty skid with a foldable handle and 200 mm wheels, enabling single-operator transport across construction sites, maintenance yards, and emergency response locations. All hydraulic connections use flat-face quick couplers for rapid tool changes without fluid spillage.
- Gasoline engine provides power independence from electrical infrastructure
- Variable-displacement pump reduces fuel consumption by matching output to demand
- Quick-connect couplers enable tool changes without hydraulic fluid loss
- 10-micron filtration system extends component and tool service life
- Heavy-duty skid with wheels and handle for single-operator transport
- Pressure-compensated flow control delivers consistent tool performance
Compatible with all hydraulic tools requiring 32 L/min or less at 210 bar. Includes breakers up to 25 kg, cutters, spreaders, torque wrenches, cylinders, shears, compactors, pullers, and hammers.
The 6.0L fuel tank provides approximately 4 hours at full load and up to 6.5 hours under moderate load. The variable-displacement pump optimizes fuel consumption based on tool demand.
At 52 kg, the unit features a foldable handle and 200 mm wheels for single-operator transport. Lifting eyes and forklift pockets enable mechanical handling.
Pressure relief valve at 230 bar, low-oil engine shutdown, thermal protection, emergency stop switch, and protective roll cage.
Operates -5°C to 45°C. Below 0°C, use ISO VG 32 oil and optional cold-start kit. Allow 3-5 minutes warm-up before applying load.
Check oil levels daily. Inspect hoses and couplers before each use. Change hydraulic oil and filter every 200 hours. Clean air filter monthly.
